OverviewSkyward Spectrum is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency in Georgia. We are seeking an office manager to directly assist our Clinical Director to oversee logistics for processes including client intake, communications, HR, scheduling, and more. 

The office manager has their pulse on what is happening throughout the organization and provides timely, conscientious, and effective assistance to ensure the success of all of our stakeholders, including clients and staff.

Responsibilities


  • Answering phone inquiries 
  • Communicating by phone and email with parents, schools, insurance companies, therapists, doctor’s offices, and more 
  • Maintaining lines of communication with billing department to ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner to ensure timely filing of claims. 
  • Providing assistance with scheduling 
  • Organizing materials/files/reports/documentation 
  • Assisting with client intake, may require in-home visits 
  • Conducting initial screening interviews with job candidates 
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding and training 
  • Managing office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary 
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail 
  • Managing office budget 
  • Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design, document, and implement new systems 



Our Values


  • High School Diploma 
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related role preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, MS Word, and Office 
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement, Logistics, and Scheduling 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills as well as and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities 
  • Valid driver’s license
